When do we use the present continuous tense?
- We use the present simple (do/does) to describe things that are always true.
- We use the present continuous (am/is/are doing) to talk about particular actions that have begun but have not ended at the time of speaking.
- We often use time expressions such as at the moment, at present, currently, just, and still to show that the action is happening now.

- We also use the present continuous to talk about long-term changes.
