Grade 6 Grammar Lesson 6 Articles and nouns

We don’t use the when we talk about a place that is visited or used for its normal purpose, but we use the when referring to it as a particular one.

We don’t use any article before a proper noun, but when we want to use it to mean another of its kind or particularize it, we may use an article.
