Grade 6 Grammar Lesson 9 Question tags, short answers and addition to remarks

It is not customary to answer a yes/no question or a tag question with yes or no alone. It’s better to use a short form of reply as Yes, pronoun + auxiliary or No, pronoun + auxiliary + n’t.
