dislike   enjoy   give up   put off   keep on   go on   mind risk

The following verbs are followed by to infinitive.

offer decide

hope

appear tend

pretend

want wish

can’t afford

can’t wait

We can use a wh- word after these words.

ask   advise    explain    forget     learn
