When do we use ‘just’ and ‘already’?

What is the difference between ‘since’ and ‘for’?
We can use the present perfect with just, already and yet.
Just means ‘not long ago’.
Already means ‘sooner than expected’.
Yet is used in negatives and questions. It comes at the end of the sentence.
We can also use the present perfect with for and since to show something that began in the past and has lasted up to the present time.
We use for to show how long the period is.
We use since to show when the period started.
We use how long in questions.
